The "2023 Top 20 Listed Companies in the Greater Bay Area for Board Governance" and "2023 Top 20 Listed Companies in the Greater Bay Area for Secretaries of the Board" awards are recognized as best practices in corporate governance. The selection of each award is based on models and algorithms developed by the China Institute of Corporate Governance. The expert team extracts information disclosed by listed companies in the Greater Bay Area in 2022 from six dimensions of corporate governance, conducts rigorous evaluation, screening, scoring and ranking to form a shortlist, and then passes through the review of expert groups to form the final list after being audited by relevant regulatory agencies and industry associations.
