T&W Charity Foundation has been formally approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and Civil Affairs Management Bureau recently. Looking back, the Foundation is proud of its smooth establishment: in early 2011, the application was submitted to the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs; on April 26, the name of the Foundation was verified by the government, and on June 15, the Foundation was formally established with the support of the government, and organized the first session. As a non-profit social welfare organization with independent legal entity, the Foundation was sponsored and established by Shenzhen Bandao Electronics Co., Ltd with a registered capital of RMB 2 million. Adhering to the mission of "repaying the society, supporting education, assisting the poor and promoting public welfare”, the Company had been proactively participating in various social welfare activities, including donations for school constructions, voluntary teaching in poor schools, disaster relief, subsidizing people with serious illness, voluntary blood donations and volunteering services for welfare institutions during the eleven years before the formal establishment of the foundation, and it has become the common mission of every T&W people to repay the society with love. The approval of T&W Charity Foundation offers a formal platform to T&W Company for its years-long welfare activities.
