On June 24, Zhang Qiulai, director of Talent Bureau of Department of Organization of Pingshan District Committee of Shenzhen City visited T&W in Pingshan with his team. Chen Kai, deputy general manager of Production Manpower Administration received them and attended the symposium.
At the symposium, Chen made a detailed introduction to the development course, business scope, corporate culture, talent welfare and policies, and opportunities and challenges faced by the company. Zhang briefly introduced the background and original intention of the establishment of the Talents Bureau by the Department of Organization of Pingshan District Committee, and made a thorough understanding of the company from aspects of current situation, product type, talent structure and new business layout.
Zhang made a further introduction and explanation to the talent introduction policy “Attracting Talents Gathering in Pingshan”of Pingshan district government, and shared promising prospects for the long-term development of enterprises and individuals in Pingshan. In particular, Chen exchanged with Zhang on the idea of government-enterprise cooperation in employee skills training, hoping to establish cooperative relations with the district government in the training of skilled workers. Finally, the two sides exchanged views on the difficulties, challenges and opportunities of enterprises in the context of Sino-US trade frictions. Zhang affirmed the current business situation, cultural self-confidence and current layout of the company, and shared similar successful cases. He also expressed that the Talents Bureau will strengthen its in-depth understanding and support of enterprises, and help enterprises to introduce higher-end and more core talents under the guidance of the talent introduction policy “Attracting Talents Gathering in Pingshan”.
