Performance will be enhanced through training and excellence can be achieved through learning. On the morning of May 16th, T&W Training Institute and the company’s Party Committee jointly held a lecture themed with 5G Era of Internet of Everything. A total of 408 people, including Party members from Pingshan, Nanshan, Taicang, Shanghai, Taixing, Xi’an, Dalian and Shandong and colleagues fond of learning, attended the training.
Before the training, Manager Li Jie of T&W Training Institute delivered opening remarks. He hoped that the lecture could become an important supplement to employees’ occupational technical training as well as an important means for employees to broaden their horizon and enhance their humanistic quality.
In order to strengthen the construction of a learning organization, fully implement the requirements of the company about talent upgrading and team optimization and further enhance the basic understanding of company employees about communication and especially 5G technology, the company’s Party Committee invited Dr. Jiang Yong of Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University to deliver a special lecture 5G Era of Internet of Everything at T&W Auditorium. Professor Jiang expounded from the outline, progress and architecture of 5G and “5G-based”. With plain language, broad knowledge and profound perspective academic thought, he analyzed and shared the commonsense, application, development status quo and regional layout about 5G in simple terms and sorted out and prospectively explored the weaknesses of 5G and the development tendency of communication technology in the future.
It was known that T&W would hold more wonderful lectures and introduce rich courses at the professional level in the future by integrating more resources and uniting Party Committee, Youth League Committee, foundations, company experts and external resources.
