On October 19, the 9th Excellent Orange Newcomer Commendation and R&D Growth Incentive Signing Ceremony was held at T&W Training Institute. The video conferences in three branches of Shekou, Taicang and Shanghai were also conducted simultaneously. A total of 55 orange newcomers from all locations attended the commendation ceremony.
Five people including Zhao Wanglong were awarded the 9th Excellent Orange Newcomer and were commended at the ceremony. Long Xiaojing, the vice president of the company, affirmed the growth of orange newcomers in the past year and their contribution to the company. He said that he would provide the oranges with a better development platform in terms of training plan and salary incentive in the future.
After the commendation, the orange newcomers of the company main business section signed the research and development growth incentive agreement. The agreement will provide orange newcomers with talent growth stabilization fund, which reflected the emphasis and recognition of the company on orange newcomers of research and development.
